Description of problem:
When the ntpd service starts up I get this error:

ntpd: Opening firewall for input from clock.redhat.com port
123/etc/init.d/ntpd: line 161:  2547 Segmentation fault      iptables
-I $FWCHAIN -m udp -p udp -s $server/32 --sport 123 -d 0/0 --dport 123
-j ACCEPT

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ntp-4.2.0-8

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the ntpd service
2.
3.
    

Actual Results:  I get a segmentation fault error.

Expected Results:  I expect ntpd to start up as normal.

Guess I should have searched for iptables bugs, not ntp bugs.  Sorry
for the duplicate bug.
