This will ensure that all associated bugs get updated when new packages are pushed to stable. ===== # bugfix, security, enhancement, newpackage (required) type=security # testing, stable request=testing # Bug numbers: 1234,9876 bugs=1293638,1293639 # Description of your update notes=Security fix for # Enable request automation based on the stable/unstable karma thresholds autokarma=True stable_karma=3 unstable_karma=-3 # Automatically close bugs when this marked as stable close_bugs=True # Suggest that users restart after update suggest_reboot=False ====== Additionally, you may opt to use the bodhi update submission link(s) instead: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/new?type_=security&bugs=1293638,1293639 mono-4.0.5-2.fc23 has been submitted as an update to Fedora 23. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-6dec4e6d5f mono-4.0.5-2.fc23 has been pushed to the Fedora 23 testing repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. See https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Updates_Testing for instructions on how to install test updates. You can provide feedback for this update here: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2015-6dec4e6d5f mono-4.0.5-2.fc23 has been pushed to the Fedora 23 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report. Mono in Fedora Rawhide has now been updated to 4.2.1, which fixes the security issue for Fedora Rawhide as well. For Fedora 22, Mono 2.10, there are probably far too many security issues, and it fails to build. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1222814 This message is a reminder that Fedora 23 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 23. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as EOL if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '23'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version. Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry that we were not able to fix it before Fedora 23 is end of life. If you would still like to see this bug fixed and are able to reproduce it against a later version of Fedora, you are encouraged change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior this bug is closed as described in the policy above. Although we aim to fix as many bugs as possible during every release's lifetime, sometimes those efforts are overtaken by events. Often a more recent Fedora release includes newer upstream software that fixes bugs or makes them obsolete. |
