Description emsa 2015-12-25 20:32:14 UTC
After upgrade to Fedora 23 it is not possible to boot using the installed kernel (4.2.8-300.fc23), it was however still possible to boot with the kernel provided by Fedora 22 (4.2.8-200.fc22).

I then did "dracut -f" when booted into the working kernel making that kernel fail as well, I could however boot on an even older Fedora 22 kernel (4.0.5-300.fc22).

This is all on a MacBook Pro (MacBookPro10,2)

Please let me know what info would be of use in finding the root to this.

Managed to fix it - as it turn out the fedora-root filesystems had errors, apparently previous versions of the boot/dracut was not that picky ...
