Description of problem:
After setting an image as gs wallpaper the context menus are no longer localized but english - even after rebooting the machine.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$  rpm -q gthumb
gthumb-3.4.1-1.fc23.x86_64
$  rpm -q gnome-shell
gnome-shell-3.18.3-1.fc23.x86_64

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure your gs context-menus are localized
2. Change the desktop's wallpaper through gthumb
3.

Actual results:
gs context-menus are no longer localized

Expected results:
gs context-menus should still be localized
