For some old RHEL 6 certs without hardware spec layer,we cann't create the supplemental from the hardware spec layer because there is no relationship between the cert and the spec,so we created the supplemental cert from the RHEL 6 cert directly before,but now in the "Advanced" ,there is no button to create the supplemental cert,for eg,this RHEL 6 cert https://hardware.redhat.com/show.cgi?id=1112089

I think this should be a workflow issue,please help to fix this bug as soon as possible,thanks.
