Description of problem:
I cannot create a new session on a new VT.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kf5-plasma-5.17.0-2.fc23.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. K menu
2. Leave
3. New session
4. New session

Actual results:
Dialog disappears, but nothing happens

Expected results:
New session should appear on VT2 and computer should switch to VT2.

It is now working in Fedora 24.
