Description of problem: Drkonqi fails to install debug symbols. A kdialog with following error is created.

debuginfo-install was not found on your system. Please install debuginfo-install and try again.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. KTorrent crashes on adding multiple magnet links which triggers drkonqi
2. Click on install debug symbols.

debuginfo-install works fine with dnf

This should be fixed (by switching to 'dnf debuginfo-install' on f23 too) when 16.08.0 lands in updates soon
