Section Number and Name: Creating the Persistent Volume

Describe the issue: The snippet to create the volume shows a "Recycle" policy that doesn't work.

Suggestions for improvement: Remove the recycle policy from the snippet

Additional information: Recycle only seems to work in NFS and HostPath https://docs.openshift.org/latest/architecture/additional_concepts/storage.html#pv-recycling-policy
