This bugzilla cannot be used for a rhel7.1 z-stream request.

The code in question must first be approved and checked into the current
source tree. Then Red Hat PM must be approve it for a z-stream request
for it to be backported to an older release. And then Red Hat PM then
clones the original bugzilla for use by the z-stream process.

The code should also appear in a Fedora release, as was the case with
the original package.

Dave
I got you, I have created a new Bugzilla request for RHEL 7.1 & 7.2 z-stream.
see:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1296359

but what you mentioned the code should appear in a Fedora release, is brand new for me.
could you please introduce more about the process?

Scott
