Description of problem:
Additionally to 1295878 if I try submit build by URL like:
$ copr build remmina-next http://rpm.hubbitus.info/Fedora23/freerdp/freerdp-2.0.0-4.git.b02943a.fc24.src.rpm

I also get error 500:
'module' object has no attribute 'BuildFormFactory'

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
$ rpm -q copr-cli
copr-cli-1.45-1.fc23.noarch

Copr API: Build 1.78-1.fc23

This bug breaks the Cockpit automated release process.

and also in production.
