Description of problem:
The hwcert dvd consistently fails with an error in the logs.

from output.log:

  +++ Blank disk done ! 

  Reloading the media ... 
  tray ejected.

TOC Type: 1 = CD-ROM
  +++ Error: could not write to disk !

How reproducible:
reliably with no workaround yet on one system.  Haven't yet checed with other systems to verify hardware affected.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch the interactive dvd test via the wui.
2. follow the prompts
3. after test completes, check the log for the FAILed dvd test.

Actual results:
"no match for regular expression" error

Expected results:
successful write

Additional info:
Tried with dvd+rw media, selecting both the dvd and dvd-r options on different runs.  Rechecking with other media formats.
