Heatmap report of single host from two host cluster none

Description of problem:
Have two hosts in the engine one of those non-operational (not able to collect data from it). When creating heatmap report. See screenshots attached. When creating heatmap report of only 1 of two hosts in cluster, additional row 1px wide is added.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add two hosts
2. Create different heatmap reports with only 1 of added hosts

Actual results:
Additional row 1px wide is added under the first boss.

Expected results:
No empty rows no matter how wide they are.
