Need info on specific requirements about what constitutes an "expired manifest". should Candlepin report error even if there is a single expired entitlement? or perhaps if ALL the entitlements in the manifest are expired?

Based on discussions in emails, we have implemented the following features:

Upon a successful import, Candlepin will return warning messages if there no active subscriptions in the manifest, or if there are one or more inactive subscriptions in the manifest.

In addition, there is a new "Subscription expired" event for every expired subscription imported as a part of that manifest.
