Description of problem:
When changing all or a part of bugs produced by a query, the fields of Assignee, QA Contact and Docs Contact contain typical text --do_not_change-- but also has a ticked checkbox for "Reset Assignee to default" (and others).

This tick in checkbox causes unwanted bug contact change. I expect it to be unticked so nothing changes unless I want it to.

always

Steps to Reproduce:
query bugzilla for a few bugs,
attempt a mass change,
change some field other than a Contact field

Actual results:
Contacts changed to their default if they were assigned to other person

Expected results:
Contacts unchanged
