Description of problem:
In a poodle CI run, image build is failing with exit status 0, despite failing to build images and this in the output from the command in $subj:

Comment 3 Mike Burns 2016-04-07 21:03:37 UTC
This bug did not make the OSP 8.0 release. It is being deferred to OSP 10.

Comment 5 James Slagle 2016-10-14 15:17:33 UTC
Removing from OSP10, not a blocker/regression

Steve, can you also confirm if this is still an issue? Do we even still run these poodle CI jobs?

Comment 6 Steve Linabery 2016-10-18 04:14:23 UTC
The CI that produced this bug is gone, and the issue isn't reproduced with 10.
