Description of problem
======================

Add pool feature of "Provision Storage" page of "Create Cluster"
wizard is not implemented. The button which is supposed to trigger
this action reads: "Add (Not yet implemented)".

This BZ is created just to make sure this is not missed and properly planned.

This is not valid action in create cluster flow. closing the bug

Understood, the "Provision Storage" page is no longer part of "Create Cluster"
wizard, so there is no "Add (Not yet implemented)" button anywhere anymore.

Now the "Create Cluster" wizard contains only the following pages:

1. Configure Cluster
2. Select Hosts
3. Choose Networks
4. Storage Profiles
