Description of problem:
Hello!

I found that SDDM does not correspond to the correct time settings. I am using the 24-hour format and on login/logout I have noticed that SDDM shows the time in 12-hour format (AM/PM).


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the time format to 24-hours
2. Logout.
3. Login again.

Set time format in your user session?  I believe that is only for the user, and I don't think sddm themes support configuring the time format display (short of your making a custom theme that matches your own preference)
