There is an error in the Installing CloudForms on Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Guide. 

The Guide states the following:

From the list of installers and images, select the CFME VMware Virtual Appliance download link. 

The above statement should be changed  to:
From the list of installers and images, select the CFME OpenStack Virtual Appliance download link.
