Problem description: 
The view chart button on JMX console UI is truncated. Issue is reproducible on both firefox and chrome

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy the java simple-mainclass application on OSE from https://github.com/fabric8io/ipaas-quickstarts/tree/redhat/quickstart/java/simple-mainclass
2. In OpenShift Web Console, select the pod, click on the 'Connect' button
3. In JMX console, go to Charts->Edit Chart; on the left panel,  expand folder java.lang, and click on menuitem OperatingSystem

Actual Result:
The view chart button on JMX console UI is truncated

Expected Result:
The view chart button on JMX console UI should not be truncated

Verified on origin within devenv-rhel7_3293, issue fixed well. Will close this after the fix is merged and verified in OSE.

Tested with Feb 11th OSE puddle, fix is not in, will continue track it

It's fixed against OSE, checked with the latest java console version(1.0.42).
