100% cpu usage when pause

always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.press p (pause) while running mtr

Actual results:
100% cpu usage when pause

Expected results:
minimum cpu usage when pause

Additional info:
fixed in 0.86: ftp://ftp.bitwizard.nl/mtr/mtr-0.86.diff
