Description of problem:
When removing channel with spacewalk-remove-channel, entries in rhnPackageChangeLogData are keeped.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have empty Satellite
2. sync some channel
3. delete this channel with spacewalk-remove-channel
4. run spacewalk-sql -i <<< "select count(*) from rhnPackageChangeLogData"

Actual results:
not zero count

Expected results:
zero count

Cleaning of changelog data is actually done by taskomatic cleanup-packagechangelog-data task. Closing.
