Frank, thanks for the report. This is not trivial task (dependencies, packaging), and making this for rh-postgresq94 unlikely, more likely against future collections. Also note that requests for new package in official software collections should be done through Red Hat support channels, see: https://www.redhat.com/support/process/production/#howto This is valid RFE at least for community collections -- I'll keep this open for discussion/research notes. I think we can close this as duplicate of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1300650. What we can do with community help though (I can provide necessary guidance, stop by to discuss at sclorg ML if you're willing to help) is creating another SCL (say sclo-postgis) that would not be necessarily part of RHSCL offering, but would be available for RHEL and CentOS users in the CentOS SCLo repositories. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1008506 *** |
