Steps to Reproduce:
1. This error seems related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1210541
2. Provider was deleted. editing catalog item shows error
3. I added provider again and tried to create a new catalog item for vmware . This error started coming on clicking anything under catalog item
