Description of problem:
After accepting one node others disappear. Not accepted nodes(unmanaged) are not visible also via API call.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhscon-ui-0.0.6-0.1.alpha1.el7.noarch
rhscon-core-0.0.6-0.1.alpha1.el7.x86_64
rhscon-ceph-0.0.4-0.1.alpha1.el7.x86_64

How reproducible:
~5-10%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Accept one node from more nodes.
2. wait till is node accepted
3. check if there are still not accepted nodes

Actual results:
Sometimes unmanaged nodes disappear when one node is accepted.

Expected results:
Always unmanaged nodes stay unmanaged when one node is accepted.

I have reproduced the issue in the following way:

1. Accept one node from more nodes.
2. Go to Taks page (you should see "Accept Node" task running)
3. Go to Dashboard page - at this point, a hosts list is no longer available

Moreover, clicking on the Hosts icon (top left corner) doesn't help even
though there is a number 6 (total number of nodes available). When I click
on it, the list is empty there as well. See attached screenshot.
