Describe the issue: 
The samples does not include ansible_sudo in the sample file, but it does include "ansible_ssh_user". As mentioned in the Cluster Variables section, ansible_sudo is required if you change the user name. 

Suggestions for improvement: 
The variable should be in the sample configuration with a comment to change it to true if changing the user.

Additional information: 

Suggest having the default hosts files available on the install under /usr/share/openshift somewhere. Having a section that documents how to get started with a sample/default file would also be helpful.
