Screen flicker video

Description of problem:

After updating to the newest Intel drivers, I am experiencing intermittent screen flicker after waking my laptop from sleep or hibernates.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

xorg-x11-drv-intel 2.99.917-20.20160119.fc24.x86_64

How reproducible:

I can reproduce either by shutting the laptop lid or letting the computer go to sleep.

Additional info:

Rebooting the computer seems to solve the issue.

I am not seeing this anymore in the latest kernel version:

4.5.0-0.rc1.git0.1.fc24.x86_64

Intel driver version is the same so it may have been a problem in the kernel itself.
