Assigning to Dayle for review.

Dayle - this one is for CloudForms 3.2, so you will need to use the 3.2 branch for this one.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns!

Hi Shikha,

I've made the following changes -- could you please review and merge the following if you're happy with them?

Many thanks,
Dayle

Changes:

* I've added a section - "Updated Ruby Gems in CloudForms Management Engine 5.4.5" to the 3.2 Release Notes. This is ready to be merged.

* Created 2 Kbase gem lists that previously didn't exist:
1. Gems included in CFME 5.4.5/CF 3.2 - https://access.redhat.com/articles/2144171 (based on info in the 3.2 Release Notes)
2. Gems included in CFME 5.4.3/CF 3.2 - https://access.redhat.com/articles/2144151 (based on info in this bug)

* Added links to these two gem lists in https://access.redhat.com/articles/1534753
