Description of problem:
When call dnf download foo and the package foo don't exits, than an mix of translated and untranslated text will shown.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
dnf-plugins-core-0.1.15-1.fc23.noarch

How reproducible:
every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. call dnf download foo


Actual results:
No package foo available.
Exiting due to strict setting.
Fehler: No package foo available.

Expected results:
All 3 lines translated.
