Describe the issue: 
The guide should show an example of REAL production use - not just have a note to "use NFS guide". Either use a PVC in the oc volume command, or use NFS directly. 

The note "Allowing the pods to mount host volumes as above usually requires adding the aggregated-logging-elasticsearch service account to the privileged SCC, similarly as for Fluentd above." also needs an example. If this is spelled out for every other section, it can be spelled out here too. 

The referred NFS section does not explain how to attach that to a DC. Getting the command documented will help.
