Description of problem:

There are parts of the activesync components for horde missing in the epel7 repo.
After installing horde when configuring active sync via the horde admin gui, an error shows up:
EMERG: HORDE [horde] Class 'Horde_ActiveSync_State_Sql' not found [pid 26801 on line 24 of „/usr/share/pear/Horde/Core/Factory/ActiveSyncState.php“]
The problem only occurs when using a SQL Backend for activesync, when selection nosql the error does not show up. I didn't try if it would work with a nosql backend, as I don't plan to install a nosql db on the sytem for that.

seems as the package php-horde-Horde-ActiveSync is missing in the repo
Also a 
yum provides /usr/share/pear/Horde/ActiveSync/*
doesn't find any package containing the required files,

To workaround the missing package it installed the package via pear via:
pear install horde/Horde_ActiveSync
this fixed the error, but of course, this is not consistent.

Would be very nice, if you could add the missing package or add the missing files to one of the existing packages.

Horde_ActiveSync is an optional component which cannot be distribute in Fedora (export restriction in its License).
