Description of problem:
ntop package is missing in Centos 7


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.0.1


How reproducible:
ntop exists in EPEL repos for Centos 6 but is missing in Centos 7 repos.

ntop for Centos 7 could be easily build from Fedora 23 srpm, see https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/abrodkin/ntop/build/157181/ for example.

EPEL 7 entered end-of-life (EOL) status on 2024-06-30.\n\nEPEL 7 is no longer maintained, which means that it\nwill not receive any further security or bug fix updates.\n As a result we are closing this bug.
