Description Andrew Dahms 2016-02-01 00:15:11 UTC
In Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.6, the maximum number of vCPUs per virtual machine has been increased to 240 from 160.

At current, the documentation only provides hard figures for RHEL 6 and RHEL 7, but more granularity is required. For example, it appears that this new limit is only available in RHEL 6.6+ hosts, and possibly RHEL 7.1+ hosts. This must be confirmed, and the relevant versions noted as well.

Assigning to Byron for review.

Byron - you may need to raise a needinfo against the assignee in the engineering bug in the 'depends on' to clarify the versions here.
