Description of problem:
A "copy alert" feature is broken. Instead of copying it just edits the original alert.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Control->Alerts->All Alerts
2. Pick a random alert
3. Click Configuration->Copy this Alert

Actual results:
"Editing Alert" dialog is opened.

Expected results:
"Adding a new Alert" dialog with fields filled of the original alert is expected.
