Description of problem:
Would very much like to be able to create some kind of read-only user
account for the RHN Satellite website. Currently, if I give a user
access to view the set of packages on a machine, they automatically
have access to modify the package set. I have a set of users that
would benefit greatly from being able to search through the system
information to get information about a machine's hardware or package
versions, but I don't want to give them access to change anything.
