Just wanted to note it happens only in 16-bit color depth mode. With 24-bit color depth, the colors look fine. Solved in upstream mesa |

Install rhel 7.2 ppc64 on POWER machine with AMD CEDAR GL graphics card 2. Open applications, such as firefox or Qt Designer 3.
