Description of problem:

  This is probably the wrong category/component, but there is no
component 'Gnome-Hardware-Browser' component listed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  No 'about box', no version info available in Hardware Browser window.

How reproducible:

  A few months ago, it worked. But then that was in the period when,
if you unplugged the dongle, your system would hang.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Gnome->System Tools->Hardware Browser
2. type in root password
3. Click on USB in the left column of devices
4. Observe (in a tiny, tiny) window, USB controller and 1,2,3 sockets
are listed.
5. None show any connected devices (such as BT dongle)
  
Actual results:

  See 5. above

Expected results:

  Should see a sub listing with DBT-120 dongle identified.  (This was
the way it worked months ago)

The underlying lib behind hwbrowser has zero bluetooth code.

Not asking for bluetooth code.

Just asking for what was there before - a sublisting identifying the
hardware attached to the USB port.

Closing bugs on older, no longer supported, releases. Apologies for any lack of
response.

Please try reproducing this on a more current release, such as Fedora Core 4. If
the issue still persists, please open a new bug.
