journalctl -b output

Description of problem: Since boot, the AER Error message populates ~ 50 lines per second rate.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Fedora 23, 4.3.4-300 kernel

How reproducible:
Install Fedora on HP ProBook 450 G3
Refer spec sheet here: http://www.hp.com/sbso/hpinfo/newsroom/HPSMB2015/HPProBook%20450G3NotebookPCDatasheet.pdf

The laptop I found the bug has
i5 6200
AMD R7 m340 GPU
256 GB of SSD
rtl8723be WiFi

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just Boot
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+F3 to open tty
3. Try to log in... the error messages swarm you.

Actual results:
The file attached was taken from journalctl -b >& PCIe_Error_id00e5

Expected results:
No error messages at all.

Additional info:
The same error message exists on Ubuntu-Gnome 15.10 with kernel 4.4.1 and below.

Also, the internal (PCIe) WiFi cannot connect to router. (The driver from https://github.com/lwfinger/rtlwifi_new was installed and "options rtl8723be fwlps=0 swlps=0" was set in /etc/modprobe.d/rtl8723be.conf)

The error messages are swarming the /var/log/journal directory and boasting it to humongous size. In Ubuntu-Gnome, the syslog.log file went up to 45 GB of size...

Also added pcie_aspm=off to /etc/default/grub, referring from https://lkml.org/lkml/2015/9/3/238 .. no joy.

Do you only get the error messages when using the rtl8723be driver?

No, it actually happens as soon as I boot into a fresh install Fedora 23. In fact, the live cd boot also shows the same error but mostly hidden by the Anaconda installer GUI interface. The live CD environment also tries to connect to router but the signal is too weak.

I installed the 8723 driver from git since my router signal was almost non-existent on Linux (I'm dual booting Windows 10.) side. It was entirely fine on Windows 10.

The rtl8723be can be exchanged (Opening the PCIe slot bay is not a challenge on this laptop.) but I'm not sure other device would work (i.e. Intel wi-fi combo card, which is equipped with my Dell Inspiron 15 7558. It runs Fedora without problem at all!!) on this specific laptop since HP has kind of hardware 'blacklist' policy.

I have encountered the same problem when doing a netinstall of Fedora 24. The error messages continued until the space for /tmp was exhausted, then just hung. Adding pcie_aspm=off to the kernel line eliminated the problem.
