 17.4.3. Kibana
Describe the issue: 
 This section has the following text:
  "Setting the loggingPublicURL parameter creates a View Archive button on the OpenShift web console under the Browse tab. This links to the Kibana console."

 As of OpenShift Enterprise 3.1.1 however the "Browse" tab has no "View Archive" button, in reality I could find it in the pod's "Logs" tab on the right.

Suggestions for improvement: 
 Correct this sentence to guide users to the button
