Description Eric Jones 2016-02-08 22:42:56 UTC
- What is the nature and description of the request?
As an admin I need the ability to add new nodes without completely destroying my existing configuration files.

- Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
Some customers setup an environment, including things like Aggregate Container Logging or Cluster Metrics, and then realize they need a new node in the environment. If they add a new node per our current instructions, they will have to add back any changes they made to their master-config.yaml file.

- How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
Run a different Ansible command or configuration that will make a copy of the existing config files and merge them with the changes that need to be made to add a node.

- Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
Not that I could find

- List any affected packages or components.
