segfault on neutron-openvswitch-agent

How reproducible:
I setup two different servers with the same result

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install neutron-server package and configure
2. install neutron-ml2-plugin and configure
3. start neutron-server and neutron-openvswitch-agent

Actual results:
Machine segfaults and crashes

Expected results:
neutron and agent start without failure

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
