Description Eric Jones 2016-02-11 16:07:19 UTC
Document URL:
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/openshift-enterprise/version-3.1/installation-and-configuration/#using-iscsi

Section Number and Name:
13.8. PERSISTENT STORAGE USING ISCSI

Describe the issue:
When setting up a PersistentVolume for OSE 3.1 using iSCSI, the targetPortal in the PV config file has to be an IP address.

Suggestions for improvement:
That is the main issue, adding a note would help there, however [0] was created to try and bridge the gap, so this might be a useful diving board for more information.

The targetPortal in that doc do show it to be an IP address. I am closing this bug, please reopen if more information is available.
