Description of problem:
On a rawhide installation, booting hangs/doesn't finish.

Last line is "Starting Terminate Plymouth Boot Screen..."
Afterwards, no graphical login pops up, Ctrl-Alt F<N> doesn't work, 
Remote login is possible.

kernel-4.5.0-0.rc3.git1.1.fc24 is the first kernel from the kernel-4.5.0 series which (almost) boots at all for me on this machine.
