Currently ovirt-host-deploy and ovirt-host-deploy-offline are 2 different packages in terms of tarball and requires a 2 steps build in order to get both the tarball generated.

Remove the ovirt-host-deploy-offline tarball and make ovirt-host-deploy-offline a proper sub-package.

ovirt-host-deploy offline can be dropped, see bug #1314790
