Feature: register .vv files so they'll be opened automatically with remote-viewer
Reason: To simplify opening remote sessions.
Result: There is no need to manually select the remote-viewer as the application to open the .vv files, as it's now selected by default.

Moving from 4.0 alpha to 4.0 beta since 4.0 alpha has been already released and bug is not ON_QA. Firefox has default mode 'Ask' for opening mime-types, so when opening .vv file it would open confirmation dialog and then clicking on 'Ok' would open VM console in remote-viewer. Is this OK or you would like to have FF not to show confirmation dialog (ie. FF profile would need to have explicit configuration for remote-viewer to open .vv files)? Then it works OK on ovirt-live-4.0_beta1.iso ok with ovirt-live-el7-3.6.7_rc1.iso ok based on #7 |
