This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

fwd_register.c:31:16: error: nonnull argument 'fwdrp' compared to NULL [-Werror=nonnull]

Since the checks exist (and there are several), it's probably because fwdrp *might* be NULL after all and the nonnull attribute should be removed.
