This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

nant install is installing some docs which are not accounted for.  A rm -fr $RPM_BUILD_ROOT%{_pkgdocdir} in %install appears to be in order.
