Build error is from new warnings added in gcc6 combined with -Werror being enabled by the package's build system.  Filed upstream at https://github.com/ceres-solver/ceres-solver/issues/193

I'm adding a patch to remove -Werror from the build flags until a solution is applied upstream.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.
