This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

More information and reason for this action is here:

Comment 5 Yaakov Selkowitz 2016-03-01 20:26:10 UTC
error: Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/share/doc/coin-or-Dip/dip_addlibs.txt

File installed during build but not accounted for with %doc.

Patch to fix the FTBFS

The origin of this FTBFS is the package mixing installation of docs vis direct installation (make install, cp ...) with installation by %doc <relative file name>.

With recent versions of rpm one needs settle on one of these alternative and can't mix them anymore.

I am going to apply the patch from the attachment, which switches this package to using direct installation into %_pkgdocdir.

Comment 7 Ralf Corsepius 2016-03-13 09:32:35 UTC
Packaging-wise the package now builds fine, unfortunately, now the testsuite fails on i386/rawhide:

As this is beyond my scope, returning bug ownership to package owner.

Successfully waited 2:04 for coin-or-DyLP-1.10.3-1.fc25 to appear in the rawhide repo

Comment 9 Ralf Corsepius 2016-03-18 16:38:03 UTC
Reopening. Next try. A rawhide scratch-build just succeeded.
