This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 24 development cycle.
Changing version to '24'.

I have tried to modify in SPEC level, so far it did not work well.
Seems like I need more time to fixed the package itself.

I have fixed this now in rawhide, will push update to f24+
