Description of problem:
The Overcloud and the 'Undeploy' button are not displayed in the Director webUI if the 'service' tenant is selected under the 'Project' menu on top right of the page.

For the Overcloud to be visible, 'admin' tenant has to be selected.

OSP8 doesnt have a Director WebUI so closing.
